i greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was stylish and fairly clean. the superior king room i got was included with a magnificent view, the put up bed. the location was marvellous, not far from metro, playground, boats, very nice restaurants and beautiful lausanne, in a nice enough area.
My bed was too firm, unfortunately.

The staff was nice and efficient, the breakfast was good with view on the lake, the room was really beautiful but the most I liked the lobby which was integrated with the bar, there was a really dynamic and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel all day long.

It has an excellent location in Lausanne just off beautiful Lake Geneva and with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and a nice promenade along the lake. the rooms are high-class. - the breakfast is incredibly nice. - Thanks for the stay in this place - would love to come back here sometime.

the look of the room, the bed was very comfortable.
the only English speaking entertainment channel was not working.the tv screen was a little too small to watch tv from bed - distance between bed & tv to great. would have been nice to have free wi-fi in room rather than not just cable connection

Lovely room, felt like staying in a cool old castle. Had a mini-fridge for snacks, air conditioning for the hot days, and a safe for valuables - super handy! Great location close to the CGN station 🚉.
